Education - a3 ADS (Advanced Document Solution)

Learn how to use a3 Advanced Document Solution (ADS) to take control of your output management from M3. This course is a part of accure Enterprise Document Management (EDM) and will give the participants an overview of best practice in the EDM area.

Our professional instructors use a combination of theory and practice to teach you how to turn incoming data into customized communications that suit the needs of your business and your clients.
This course will give you the skills and tools to improve your M3 Output solution for your business, internal and external.

- Installing a3 Service manager.
- Using a3 Service Manager to administer a3 applications.
- Configure a3 Port monitor.
- Configure a3 Streamfile manager.
- Adding new fields in Streamfile manager from M3.
- a3 Configurator.
  - Controlling footers (Overlays).
  - Adding new information to Streamfile.
- Overview of the a3 Streamfile Manager scripting language.
- Change document headings via a3 Language handling.
- Add different output media (Mail, EDI, Fax, Excel) for different customer/Suppliers/Users via a3 Output Profile.
